Many kids who currently live in orphanages or foster homes overseas display autistic-type behaviors. Sometimes these behaviors are related to being institutionalized and change gradually once children are home. Jack and Jill are twins who are about 7 years old. They are diagnosed with mental retardation and autistic reactions. They are at a disadvantage because their pictures can not be published, but they are just as deserving of a family.
