Love for Kids with Mental or Developmental Delays

The kids who I have the privilege for featuring today represent a catch-all category of kids who are waiting for forever families all over the world. A large number of kids growing up in an institutional setting have mental or developmental delays.  Some of the terms used on profiles to describe these kids are not what is preferred in this country, but please see past these labels to see the children. You can look for them on Reeces Rainbow by searching for:

Developmental Delay- developmentally delayed, brain development, cognitively delayed, intellelectual delay,  Mental Delay, mental retardation, cognitively delayed, dysgnosia, brain damage, Impaired intelligence

Since there are many kids waiting for families in this category, I am only going to feature those who will age out and lose their chance to be adopted in the next year. Please help them get seen quickly!
First, this is Garion! He lives in Eastern Europe and needs a family to commit to him before he turns 16 in August.    Finally, meet Ezra who will be 14 in August of 2015. His adoption needs to be completed by that birthday and he only has $4.95 given to his grant so far.  Maybe you can give to him or even consider being his family. Read more at http://reecesrainbow.org/58818/ezra-3.
