Love for Kids with Vision Difficulties

Today I am excited to introduce you to several kids who are waiting to be adopted and who have differences with their eyes.  Some of these kids are are blind, while others have several other vision difficulties.  There are many other children available and you can find them by going to reecesrainbow.org and searching for some of the following key words:

Vision, blind, Albinism, eye, vision impairment, cataracts, eyelid drooping, visual, strabismus, Esotropia, astigmatism, optic atrophy, amblyopia, nystagmus, exotropia, eyeball atrophy, retinal glioblastoma, retinoblastoma

First, meet Reid! Reid is diagnosed with albinism, which leads to sensitivity to light and low vision.  Reid currently lives in Asia and has a grant of over $5000 available to help with his adoption.  Reid is part of a category called "At risk of aging out" which means that he has a limited time to be adopted before his birth country says that he is "too old." There is time for Reid's adoption to be started and completed before his 14th birthday in December. You can read more about him at http://reecesrainbow.org/53269/reid.
Next up is Erich, who also lives in Asia and has a limited amount of time before he ages out. Erich is blind and must be adopted before he turns 14 in May.  Please pray that a family steps up very soon or is able to add Erich to an existing adoption.  There is $5000 available to help with his adoption.
